Features of stainless steel product

Stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance, and the
chromium oxide (protection coating) on its surface can effectively
prevent the reaction directly between oxygen atoms in the air and metal
iron in stainless steel, as the result of this, it can protect it
from rust or corrosion. Having said that the degree of rust or corrosion
resistance it's also depends on different types of stainless steel.

  • Surface finishes
    Surface Definition
    No.1 The surface is finished by heat treatment and pickling or processes corresponding thereto after hot rolling. 
    No.2B Those finished, after cold rolling, by heat treatment, pickling or other equivalent treatment.  
    No.2D Those finished, after cold rolling, by heat treatment, pickling or other equivalent treatment and lastly by cold rolling to give an appropriate luster.  
    BA Those processed with bright heat treatment after cold rolling.  
    No.3 Those finished by polishing with #100 to #120 abrasive belt.  
    No.4 Those finished by polishing with #150-#180 abrasive belt. 
    No.5 Those finished by polishing with #150-#240 abrasive belt and scotch brite abrasive material.  
    HL Special polished finish having continuous lines produced with abrasives and an appropriate grain size.  
    No.8 Mirror-like finish (non directional) by polishing special BA sheet with buffing finish.  
    YM No.X A bright polished obtained by polishing No.2B with abrasives.
